Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

We resell and integrate a dozen vendors, and we say so rather than keep it ambiguous. Independence is not the absence of partnerships: it is not depending on any single one. Several competing technologies in our catalogue means the recommendation can follow your need without costing us anything. When your current estate does the job, or when none of the solutions we carry fits, we say that too.

Yes, and it is common. We start with a configuration review: what is deployed, what is switched on, what is switched on badly, and the gap against the vendor's recommended hardening. Many organisations already own, without knowing it, the licences for the capabilities they are missing. Taking over what exists and running it properly comes before buying — replacing a correctly sized solution with another improves nothing.

Yes, as support or as a managed service depending on the level of commitment you want. It is also a question we ask before deployment: a solution nobody operates degrades within months — rules never reviewed, alerts ignored, versions frozen. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the delivery; delegated operation is the option for teams without the bandwidth to hold it.
