Privacy policy

What we do — and do not do — with the data you entrust to us. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tooling whatsoever.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Data controller

immunIT sàrl, 44-46 chemin des Plantaz, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland. Telephone +41 22 565 33 71, email info [arobase] immunit.ch.

No data protection officer has been appointed: we are under no legal obligation to do so. Requests concerning your data are handled at the address above.

Applicable law

The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies to this site as a whole. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in addition when you visit us from the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Contact form

The form transmits only what you type into it. No data is collected without your knowledge, and no profile is built.

This information is used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to it. Under the GDPR, the processing rests on Article 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps taken at your request — and on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to you and in preventing abuse of the form. It does not rest on your consent: you write to us on your own initiative, and a revocable consent would oblige us to stop handling an enquiry you sent us yourself.

The fields transmitted are as follows:

  • Name and email address, required
  • Company, telephone and subject, optional
  • The content of your message

Job applications

Applications reach us by email, at the address given on the careers page. They do not pass through this site and are not fed into any automated recruitment tool.

Technical data

Our host logs access to the site, as any web server does: IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp.

The form is protected against automated submission by rate limiting. Your IP address serves as the counting key, in volatile memory only: it is written to no disk, stored in no database, and disappears when the function restarts. It does not appear in the message we receive.

The form's application log records only the category chosen in the Subject menu. It contains neither your name, nor your address, nor your message.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, statistics or advertising tooling. That is why you will see no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

One single item is kept by your browser, in its local storage: the key "immunit-theme", which remembers whether you chose the light or dark display. It is written only when you operate the toggle, never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it by deleting site data in your browser.

Recipients

Microsoft is our sole processor. No copy is kept in sent items, and the site has no database at all.

Your address is placed in the reply-to field of the message, never as the sender: that is what lets us answer you in one click without spoofing your domain.

Your data is neither sold, rented, passed on for advertising purposes, nor disclosed to any third party other than the one named above.

Third-party content

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps plan. As soon as that page is displayed, and without any action on your part, Google receives your IP address along with information about your browser, and may set its own cookies. This loading falls under Google's privacy policy, over which we have no control.

The other pages of the site load no external resource: fonts, stylesheets and scripts are all served from our own domain.

Transfers abroad

Data processed by Microsoft may be processed outside Switzerland.

These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the Swiss addendum, and by Microsoft's certification under the Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council recognises.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a header instructing your browser to reach it no other way. The form bounds the length of every field, escapes the content inserted into the message and limits the number of submissions. Access to the receiving mailbox is restricted to the people concerned.

We apply the principle of minimisation: we ask only for what we need in order to reply to you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the data concerning you. Write to us at info [arobase] immunit.ch: we reply within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern. From within the European Union, you may also refer it to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Automated decisions

No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken by automated means, and no profiling is carried out.

Changes

This policy may change along with the site or with the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
